Poland intends to build three new factories to achieve self-sufficiency in ammunition.
Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense, Jaroslaw Kaczynski, said on the 9th that Poland will build three new ammunition factories to achieve self-sufficiency in ammunition. Kaczynski made the remarks at a press conference held at the headquarters of the Polish Arms Group that day, stating that achieving complete self-sufficiency in ammunition is a top priority for the Polish government. "In order to ensure national security, we must have a military ready at all times, a strong alliance, and industrial capabilities to support them. Poland must and will achieve self-sufficiency in ammunition."
