Beijing Flood Control Office reminds: Starting at 7:00 on July 10, the city will initiate a Level 4 flood control emergency response. All relevant units should implement measures for preventing and coping with rainfall according to the plan, closely monitor short-term heavy rainfall in local areas, and make preparations for flood prevention work.
