According to the Wise Finance and Economics APP, on July 9, 2025, YOUDRIVE Innovation (02431.HK), a leading Chinese provider of intelligent driving and intelligent cockpit solutions, announced that it had completed the placement of 6.8 million new H shares on that day, with a net amount of HK$155 million raised. The funds will be used to increase investment in high-level assisted driving and L4 automatic driving. This round of placement started on July 2nd.
