After this acquisition, AXA Investment Managers will be integrated into the BNP Paribas Group system and will be merged with BNP Paribas Asset Management and BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management. After this business integration, BNP Paribas Group will manage assets on behalf of clients exceeding 1.5 trillion.
