Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: Open a window for key vehicle companies to reflect their commitments to account periods.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology today launched an "Online Problem Reporting Window for Key Vehicle Enterprises to Fulfill Payment Period Commitments", which accepts complaints from small and medium-sized enterprises regarding key vehicle enterprises' failure to fulfill their payment period commitments and implement the "Regulations on Ensuring Payment of Funds to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises". The window mainly accepts four types of issues: firstly, key vehicle enterprises failing to fulfill the 60-day payment deadline commitment, by extending the payment period stipulated in the purchase contract beyond 60 days; secondly, key vehicle enterprises setting unreasonable payment period start times, unreasonably delaying the issuance of inspection or acceptance certificates, or extending the payment period in other ways, such as making payment conditional on receiving third-party funds or paying according to a third-party payment ratio; thirdly, key vehicle enterprises forcing or indirectly forcing small and medium-sized enterprises to accept non-cash payment methods such as commercial bills or electronic receipts of accounts receivable; fourthly, other issues related to key vehicle enterprises failing to effectively implement the "Regulations on Ensuring Payment of Funds to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises".
