Dali KePu announced that the company's director and chief engineer, Wu Jiwei, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 4 million shares, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total capital stock. Deputy general manager Qi Yongyi plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.455 million shares, accounting for 0.36% of the company's total capital stock.
