Zhejiang University releases high precision genome design AI model

Professor Guo Guoji's team at Jiang University has developed a deep learning AI model called "Nuwa CE" for genome prediction and design. This model can predict with over 90% accuracy the phenotypic changes that occur after mutations in the genome regulatory regions, and can design corresponding treatment sites based on disease phenotypes. On the 8th, the related achievements were published in the international academic journal "Cell".
