Zhang Chunyou is resigning from his position as Executive Vice President of the company due to work reassignment, and the resignation report will be effective from the date it is delivered to the company's Board of Directors. Zhang Chunyou will continue to serve as the General Manager of the company's holding subsidiary, Beijing Tongrentang Technology Development Co., Ltd., and is planned to be appointed as a director of Tongrentang Technology. These matters still need to be approved by the shareholders' meeting of Tongrentang Technology before they can take effect.
