Zhejiang Province initiates Level IV emergency response to geological disasters.

According to the weather forecast, due to the impact of Typhoon Danas on July 7th, there will be moderate to heavy rain in coastal areas in the afternoon and evening, with parts of Wenzhou, Taizhou experiencing heavy rain and locally heavy rain. On July 8th, there will be moderate to heavy rain in coastal and southern parts of Zhejiang, with parts of Wenzhou, Lishui experiencing heavy rain to heavy downpour. On July 9th, during the day, there will be moderate to heavy rain in some southern parts of Zhejiang, with parts of Lishui experiencing localized heavy rain. The Provincial Department of Natural Resources issued a geological disaster risk level warning from 8pm on July 7th to 8pm on July 8th: some areas in Wenzhou and Taizhou have a very high risk of geological disasters due to meteorological factors; some areas in Wenzhou and Taizhou have a high risk of geological disasters due to meteorological factors; part of Ningbo, Wenzhou, Shaoxing, Taizhou, Lishui have a relatively high risk of geological disasters due to meteorological factors.
