Announcement of Electric Power Generation and Financing: Shareholder Yun Neng Capital will pledge its 174 million shares held in the company, accounting for 36.43% of Yun Neng Capital's shareholding in the company and 3.24% of the total share capital of the company, to China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. The pledge period is from July 2, 2025 to July 1, 2028. The pledge is for the purpose of repaying loans.
