In the second quarter, both the shipping prosperity index and confidence index in China rose to a relatively prosperous range.

On July 7th, the Shanghai International Shipping Research Center released the China Shipping Prosperity Report for the second quarter of 2025. The report shows that in the second quarter of 2025, the China Shipping Prosperity Index was 120.81 points, an increase of 14.77 points from the previous quarter, rising to a relatively prosperous range; the China Shipping Confidence Index was 123.22 points, an increase of 12.89 points from the previous quarter, rising from a relatively prosperous range to a more prosperous range.
