Wang Chuan, co-founder of Xiaomi Group, stepped down from the legal representative, executive director, and general manager positions. Zhang Jianhui, Vice President of Xiaomi Group, has been appointed as the legal representative of the company, as well as a director and manager. Shanghai Xiaomi Information Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2018 with a registered capital of 15 million RMB. Its business scope includes exhibition services, corporate image planning, cultural and artistic exchange planning, among others, and is fully owned by Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co., Ltd.
