On July 7th, Shangshi Development announced that the Board of Directors recently received the resignation report of Yuan Jixing, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Yuan Jixing applied to resign from the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer due to a job transfer, and the resignation will take effect from the date it was submitted to the Board of Directors. After the resignation takes effect, Yuan Jixing will no longer hold any position in the company. The company held the nineteenth meeting of the ninth Board of Directors on July 7, 2025, and approved the proposal to appoint Huang Jun as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company, with a term starting from the date of approval by the Board of Directors until the end of the term of the ninth Board of Directors.
