Shanghai Stock Exchange holds a symposium with venture capital institutions to implement the "1+6" policy of the Science and Technology Innovation Board.
According to the official account "Shanghai Stock Exchange Releases", in order to strengthen the market promotion of the "1+6" policy of the sci-tech innovation board reform, accelerate the implementation of the reform, and construct a capital market ecosystem more conducive to supporting technological innovation, recently, Shanghai Stock Exchange held multiple special seminars in Shanghai, Beijing, and other places, engaging in in-depth exchanges with top equity investment institutions, fully listening to opinions and suggestions, and timely addressing market concerns. The participating institutions unanimously stated that the sci-tech innovation board reform "1+6" policy further opens up the cycle of equity investment "raising, investing, managing, exiting", and strengthens their determination to invest in early-stage, small-scale, long-term, and hard technology, giving them more confidence and conviction in providing full lifecycle services for technology-oriented enterprises. They expressed their intention to study and understand the background and essence of the "1+6" policy, coordinate to provide policy training for invested enterprises, and help technology-oriented enterprises fully understand the various measures of the sci-tech innovation board reform "1+6" policy.
