Techfam Holdings (08107.HK) subsidiary sells Hong Kong property

The Wise Ficus Technology (08107.HK) announced on the Zhitong Financial APP that on July 4, 2025 (after the trading session of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), the seller, Wencheng Garment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), and the buyer, Hao Yongcheng Co., Ltd. (an independent third party), entered into a temporary purchase agreement. According to this agreement, the seller agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to purchase the property located at Unit 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7, 3rd floor of Wah Hui Plaza, 1008 Tai Nan West Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, with a total building area of approximately 4,111 square feet, at a price of 16.05 million Hong Kong dollars.
