Knight Dairy: Investigated by the CSRC for suspected violations of laws and regulations on information disclosure.

On July 4th, Knight Dairy announced that the company and relevant individuals received a "Notice of Filing" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 4th. The company and related parties were accused of violation of information disclosure laws and regulations due to failure to timely disclose losses from futures investments. The China Securities Regulatory Commission has decided to initiate a case against the company and related individuals. The individuals involved include the Chairman and CEO Party Yongtao, Director and Board Secretary Chen Yong, and Director and Chief Financial Officer Wang Xilin.
