On the evening of July 4th, Jianke Institute announced that the company plans to publicly list and transfer 40% equity of Hubei Jiansheng Engineering Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. After the transfer is completed, the company will no longer hold any equity in Hubei Jiansheng.
