Bo Yuan announced that on July 2, 2025, the company received the "Notice of Approval for Cancellation of Registration" issued by the Shouguang Municipal Administrative Approval Service Bureau regarding the cancellation registration procedures of Weifang Rongyuan. The cancellation registration procedures of Weifang Rongyuan have been completed. With this, Weifang Rongyuan has been officially cancelled in accordance with the law, and the absorption and merger has been completed. All assets, debts, business, personnel, and related qualifications of Weifang Rongyuan have been taken over by Bo Yuan. The company's consolidated financial statements will undergo corresponding changes, but it will not have a substantial impact on the company's financial and operational situation.
