The official website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange shows that Jia Shi Jingdong Warehousing and Logistics REIT plans to conduct a further fundraising and acquire new infrastructure projects. The specific method of fundraising will be determined through a targeted offering or other methods as resolved by the shareholders' meeting. The infrastructure projects proposed for acquisition include projects in Xi'an and Hefei, with the aim of complementing the existing infrastructure projects held by the fund, diversifying the portfolio risk, expanding the asset portfolio, and obtaining stable cash flow.
