According to the Tianyan App, on July 4th, Shanghai Chenluan Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise underwent a commercial change, adding Guangxi Tencent Entrepreneurial Investment Co., Ltd., Wuxi Chenyi Growth Equity Investment Fund, Xiamen Jinyuan Exhibition Hong Second Phase Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise, and Zhuhai Zhongye Investment Enterprise as partners. Public information shows that Chenyi Fund was founded by former Huatai United Securities president Liu Xiaodan. Its first fund completed filing in March 2020 and conducted business through non-public fundraising. In March 2024, former Alibaba Group chairman and CEO Zhang Yong joined, further strengthening the management team.
