According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, the manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) has rebounded for two consecutive months in June, with industries such as equipment manufacturing and high-tech manufacturing maintaining stable expansion trends, playing an important supporting role. The pace of high-end, intelligent, and green transformation in manufacturing is accelerating, continuously releasing new growth momentum, and the positive factors driving economic transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development continue to accumulate. On the one hand, this is because China is continuously promoting the integration of scientific and technological innovation with industrial innovation, and on the other hand, it is benefiting from the continuous efforts in macroeconomic policies. Currently, China's economy is at a crucial stage of transition, with the pace of the shift from old to new growth drivers accelerating. This requires us to maintain strategic focus, continuously increase innovation investment, improve the industrial ecosystem, and promote deep integration of innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain. It is also important to note that upgrading industries should not be simplified as simply switching tracks; rather, it is necessary to fully consider regional endowments and industrial foundations, and develop new productive forces tailored to local conditions in order to shape more development advantages in the smooth transition of old and new growth drivers.
