Shenzhen Metro Line 27 will be completed in 2029.

The construction of the fifth phase of the subway has received good news again. According to Shenzhen Metro Group, the first phase of Line 27 of the subway has completed the entire station enclosure structure, marking the entry of Phase 1 of Line 27 into the main structure construction phase. Phase 1 of Line 27 is planned to be completed by 2029, when it will connect Nanshan, Longhua, and Longgang districts, and achieve a 45-minute direct connection from Qianhai to Longhua. Starting from Songping South Station in Nanshan District and ending at Gangtouxi Station in Longgang District, the line is approximately 25 kilometers long with a total of 21 stations, all of which are underground. The route passes through Nanshan, Longhua, and Longgang districts, connecting important areas such as Qianhai, Nanshan Science and Technology Park, Xili High-Speed New Town, Longhua Center, and Bantian Science and Technology City.
