On July 3, 2025, the Company received a civil lawsuit filed by Xiamen Intermediate People's Court in Fujian Province (Intermediate Court) regarding this dispute. According to the civil lawsuit, Xiamen Top Electronics Co., Ltd. (an independent third party of the Company, referred to as the "Plaintiff" in the prospectus) has filed a lawsuit against the Group and Mr. A for damages, seeking a court order to cease all actions that violate the Plaintiff's trade secrets, and to halt the development, production, and sale of the weighing products accused of infringement by the Plaintiff. In addition, the Plaintiff is seeking a court order from the Intermediate Court demanding the Company and Mr. A to compensate a total of 199,999,994 yuan for all related damages (actual damages multiplied by a penalty multiplier plus legal fees) in connection with the alleged infringement and civil lawsuit. The Intermediate Court will hear the civil lawsuit on July 22, 2025.
