On July 3, Liu Huanxin, Director of the National Food and Material Reserve Bureau, met with Mr. ngel Manuel Campos, Minister of Agricultural Development and Irrigation of Peru, who was visiting China. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the implementation of important consensus reached by the leaders of China and Peru, as well as the outcomes of the Fourth Ministerial Conference of the China-Latin America Forum, focusing on food waste reduction, industrial digitization, and other areas. Both sides expressed their intention to strengthen mutual support in various multilateral mechanisms, engage in cooperation in food technology innovation, explore the establishment of exchange and cooperation mechanisms, and promote further expansion of cooperation in the field of food between the two countries.
