Huang Deliang took over as the Party Secretary and Chairman of Huafu Securities.

Huafu Securities held a cadre meeting this afternoon, announcing that the former deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of Huafu Securities, Huang Deliang, will now serve as the secretary of the Party Committee of Huafu Securities. On the same day, the board of directors of Huafu Securities deliberated and approved Huang Deliang's appointment as the chairman of the sixth board of directors and other positions. Huang Deliang, as a financial veteran in the banking, trust, and securities sectors, has served as the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of Huafu Securities for 11 years since March 2014. Standing at a new starting point, Huafu Securities plans to accelerate capital operations, actively seek suitable merger and acquisition targets, fill in gaps through resource allocation and talent reserve, and focus on core areas to build distinctive competitiveness.
