Haishun New Materials (300501.SZ) subsidiary plans to acquire 100% equity of Siruiwen.

WiseFinance APP News, Haishun New Materials (300501.SZ) announced that, in order to accelerate the expansion of the company's electronic film material business and achieve its application in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and other fields, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Suzhou Haishun Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. ("Suzhou Haishun"), signed a "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Caprock (Suzhou) Material Technology Co., Ltd. ("Caprock") on July 3, 2025. Suzhou Haishun will acquire 100% equity of Suzhou Suiweiwen New Material Technology Co., Ltd. ("Suiweiwen") held by Caprock for a purchase price of 7.8 million RMB. After the completion of this transaction, Suzhou Haishun will hold 100% equity of Suiweiwen, and Suiweiwen will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
