Since the beginning of this year, the Shanghai public security traffic management department has been continuously promoting special rectification of improper riding of non-motor vehicles. Faced with the difficulty of managing a large and mobile group of delivery and takeaway riders in the industry, the traffic management department has recently improved the "Non-Motor Vehicle Traffic Safety Management Information System for Delivery and Takeaway Industry." It is understood that the system currently includes modules for data analysis, risk analysis, and warning analysis. Based on data indicators such as the use of special number plates for riders, traffic violations and accident handling, and implementation of traffic safety training, the system can automatically identify loopholes in the implementation of the main responsibilities of companies and sites, and automatically assess the safety levels of riders, sites, and companies. Among them, the safety level of riders is marked with a "green, yellow, red" three-color "safety code", and the "safety code" is directly related to the qualification of riders: new riders must have a "green code" to work; riders with a "red code" who do not improve after repeated training are included in the industry's "restricted list" and their platform companies are required to "suspend orders", with other platform companies being urged to use caution until the rider meets the "green code" standard before orders can be dispatched. Currently, more than 420 "problematic" riders have been included in the industry's "restricted list".
