The Qatar-based food storage company Baladna will invest $250 million in a construction project in Syria.

On July 3rd, according to a statement, the board of directors of Baladna, Qatar's largest indigenous food and dairy producer, has approved an investment of $250 million to build a comprehensive industrial project in Syria. The project includes a dairy factory, a fruit juice processing plant, a plastic packaging manufacturing plant, and an advanced water treatment plant.
