The first urban ecological and environmental protection plan in Guangdong Province has been completed.

Recently, the ecological environment departments of Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Huizhou jointly issued the "Shenzhen Metropolitan Circle Ecological Environment Protection Plan." This is the first specialized plan for ecological environment protection in the metropolitan circle of Guangdong Province, and also the first specialized plan in the "1+N" planning policy system of the Shenzhen metropolitan circle. It provides a clear "roadmap" for the mutual protection and governance of the ecological environment in the Shenzhen metropolitan circle, and plays a demonstrative and leading role in the construction of the Beautiful China Pilot Zone in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
