(referred to as "Asia Pharmaceutical"), the company's wholly-owned first-level subsidiary Hainan Asia Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Asia Pharmaceutical") plans to increase the capital of Asia Pharmaceutical by RMB 200 million with its own funds.
