Reporters learned from independent sources that Longfor has transferred funds for the redemption of the bond "22 Longfor 04" to the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Ltd, with a total amount of 1.766 billion Chinese yuan, including principal of 1.697 billion yuan and interest of 69.7 million yuan. According to public information, the issuance size of "22 Longfor 04" is 1.7 billion yuan, with a coupon rate of 4.1% and an exercise date of July 5, 2025. After the redemption of "22 Longfor 04", Longfor will have redeemed nearly 9 billion yuan in public bonds within the year.
