The Zhongtong Financial APP reported that Junzhi Holdings (01872.HK) announced that Mr. Zhong Lili will resign as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, effective July 2, 2025; and Mr. Wu Qing will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
