Zhaogang Group-W announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it has entered into a joint venture agreement and a set of related company articles with Lykos, investing RMB 45 million in cash to establish a joint venture company and holding 8.57% equity in the joint venture company, Zongjin Information Technology Co., Ltd.
