Longsoft Technology: Controlling shareholder donates 3.43% of company shares for free.

On the evening of July 2, Longsoft Technology announced that in order to support the development of the education cause of the School of Earth and Space Sciences at Peking University, the company's controlling shareholder, Mao Shanjun, signed a donation agreement with Peking University Education Foundation. Mao Shanjun donated 2.5 million shares of the company to Peking University Education Foundation in one lump sum, accounting for 3.43% of the total share capital of the company.
