The National Health Commission announced that expert organizations have conducted safety assessments on D-arabinose ketone and five other substances for application as new food ingredients, as well as on nine substances including amino peptidase for application as new varieties of food additives, and approved the safety evaluation materials for six substances including ammonium laurate as new varieties of food-related products.
