51 Credit Card (02051.HK) and Ruichi Automobile have signed a "Campervan Development Agreement" to jointly develop a cooperative model for Vala cars.

Zhixin Financial News App announced that 51 Credit Card (02051.HK) issued a notice stating that on July 1, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries Hangzhou Vala Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Vala Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as Vala Technology) signed a "Camper Development Agreement" with Chongqing Ruichi Automotive Industry Co., Ltd. (Ruichi Automotive) to jointly develop a cooperative model for the Vala car.
