Wall Street giant raises dividends, increases stock buybacks, previously passed through the Fed stress test.

Bank of America raises quarterly dividend to 28 cents per share from 26 cents. JPMorgan Chase plans to increase quarterly stock dividend from $1.40 to $1.50 and authorize an additional $500 billion stock repurchase. JPMorgan Chase rose 1.2% after hours, Morgan Stanley rose 0.3%, and Wells Fargo rose 0.26%.
