China Energy Engineering Corporation (03996.HK): Pei Zhenjiang appointed as an independent non-executive director

The China Energy Construction (03996.HK) announced that at the annual general meeting of shareholders, Mr. Pei Zhenjiang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company. Mr. Zhao Lixin will no longer serve as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Supervisory Committee, due to his age, effective from June 24, 2025.
