China Securities News APP News, Jingke Technology (601778.SH) announced that the company's 4 subsidiary distributed photovoltaic power station project companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as "project companies") intend to sell all their photovoltaic power station equipment to China Construction Investment Leasing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Construction Investment Leasing") and at the same time transfer 100% equity of the holding platform of the above project companies, Hengfeng County Jingge Electric Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hengfeng Jingge"), to Tianjin Jinjian Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tianjin Jinjian"). The total price for this equipment sale and equity transfer is RMB 287 million, involving a total installed capacity of approximately 76.55MW of photovoltaic power stations.
