Another trust company has achieved capital increase. Recently, the Dongguan Financial Regulatory Bureau approved Dongguan Trust Co., Ltd. to increase its registered capital by 1.55 billion yuan, from 20.65 billion yuan to 22.20 billion yuan. This is another capital increase for Dongguan Trust after a capital injection of approximately 4.09 billion yuan in June 2024. It is noted that 4 trust companies have been approved for capital increase this year, injecting new energy into their own development. Several interviewees stated that increasing registered capital not only strengthens the capital strength of the trust company, but also further promotes business innovation and transformation, and enhances the ability to withstand risks.
