China Jinmao announces that Suzhou Tengmao (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) has signed a share transfer agreement with Suzhou Chunmao to acquire, and Suzhou Chunmao has agreed to sell, 49% equity interest in Shanghai Taomao for a total consideration of approximately 2.137 billion yuan. Upon completion of this transaction, Shanghai Taomao will become an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
