On the evening of June 24, Tenglong Co., Ltd. announced that Jiang Yilin, the controlling shareholder's concerted action person, holds 13.51% of the company's shares. She plans to reduce her holdings by up to 4.908 million shares through centralized bidding, which is less than 1% of the total share capital of the company. She also intends to reduce her holdings by up to 9.816 million shares through block trading, which is less than 2% of the total share capital of the company.
