US tech giants saw a general rise before the market opened, with Tesla surging more than 1%.

Large-cap tech stocks in the US stock market are broadly rising in pre-market trading. As of the time of writing, Tesla, Apple, Amazon, Google, and Arm are all up over 1%, Meta is up 0.92%, Nvidia is up 0.84%, Netflix is up 0.6%, and Microsoft is up 0.46%.
