Xi'an Bank Announcement: The company has fully redeemed the 2 billion yuan subordinated capital bonds issued in June 2020 on June 24, 2025. The redemption is in compliance with relevant terms and the company has completed the required procedures. Central Public Debt Registration and Settlement Co., Ltd. has been notified to cancel the bonds. After the redemption is completed, the total amount of the company's subordinated capital bonds will decrease by 2 billion yuan.
