On June 24th, a spokesperson for the Iraqi military said that several military bases or facilities in Iraq were targeted by suicide drones early that morning. Sabah al-Numan, the spokesperson for the commander-in-chief of the Iraqi armed forces, stated in a declaration that in this attack, the radar facilities at the Taj military base in northern Baghdad and the Imam Ali military base in Diyala province were severely damaged and no casualties were reported. Numan stated that the Iraqi military had thwarted other attacks on four different locations, all of which were under the jurisdiction of the Iraqi military.
