Wisdom Financial News APP, China Taiping Insurance (02601.HK) announced that Mr. Xie Weiqing has submitted his resignation to the company's board of directors for personal reasons, resigning from his position as non-executive director of the company and as a member of the board's audit and related party transaction control committee, as well as the board's technology innovation and consumer rights protection committee. Mr. Xie Weiqing's resignation will be effective from June 24, 2025.
