China and Singapore's aviation giants joined forces to invest 700,000 Singaporean dollars to promote tourism.
Air New Zealand, Air China, and the New Zealand Tourism Board have officially reached a strategic cooperation agreement, with the three parties integrating resources to boost the Chinese tourism market to New Zealand. Air New Zealand's newly upgraded cabin service has made its maiden flight at Shanghai Pudong Airport. In the next 12 months, Air New Zealand will invest over 700,000 New Zealand dollars to deepen its alliance with Air China, established since 2015, optimize route networks, expand code-sharing, and enhance passenger transfer experiences. China is the third largest international source of tourists for New Zealand, with the annual number of visitors to New Zealand expected to reach 248,000 by March 2025, an increase of 18% compared to previous years.
