Wang Huixing promoted to Vice President of Tencent.

Today, Tencent officially announced internally that Wang Huixing has been promoted to vice president of Tencent. He will be in charge of Tencent Cloud's Cloud Products Department 2, Cloud Products Department 4, Cloud Product Technical Support Department, Cloud Technology Operations and Services Department, and Tencent Cloud Security. He will also oversee Cloud Products Department 1 with dotted line reporting directly to Tang Daosheng.
