According to the Securities Times APP, the Hong Kong Buildings Department approved a total of 10 building plans in April, including 4 on Hong Kong Island, 2 in Kowloon, and 4 in the New Territories. These approved plans include six residential and mixed-use developments, one commercial development, and three community service developments. The Buildings Department also issued 14 occupation permits, including 5 on Hong Kong Island, 7 in Kowloon, and 2 in the New Territories.
