ESR privatization approved, expected to officially delist on July 3rd.

On June 23rd, ESR announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the proposal for the privatization of ESR through an agreement arrangement in accordance with Article 86 of the Company Law. The announcement indicates that the agreement arrangement has been approved by the court and is expected to take effect on June 30, 2025. ESR has applied to delist its shares from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has approved the delisting of shares from its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which will take effect from 4pm on July 3, 2025.
